We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.
Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.]
Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.
Please note that all artwork (prints and originals) and items discounted by 35% or more are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- in the original packaging,
- have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
